Solid Waste

Our solid waste facility in Rock Creek is approaching capacity.

As landowners within Calaveras County we pay a fee through our land taxes that maintains this facility, and it is irresponsible to continue to ignore this problem.

A few years ago, we had a solid waste task force meeting regularly to deal with our rapidly filling land fill. Unfortunately, for the last year the task force has not met.

If elected I will bring the task force back together to help expand our solid waste facilities and preserve this vital asset that we pay for.
